The academy day starts at 8:50am and ends at 3pm.
Children can be dropped at the classroom from 8:40am, and collected promptly at 3pm. With the exception of Friday when the academy operates on a half day for Reception and Year 1 children, and children will be ready for collection at 1pm.
This amounts to 28 hours and 50 minutes per week.
The academy day
8.40 – 8.50am: Parents can call into the academy to see a teacher if required
8.50am: Registration and learning begins
10.00 – 10:15am: Breaktime
12.00 – 12.50pm: Lunchtime
3.00pm (1.00pm on a Friday): Afternoon session ends
Any pupil arriving after 8:50am will need to enter via the academy office.
